Take your UK plugs abroad with one small adapter.
A charger that fits at home often does not fit the socket where you land. Layover is a compact travel adapter with a universal socket on the front that takes UK 3-pin plugs, and a fixed plug on the back in the style you choose: EU, US or AU. Plug your usual charger into the front and the adapter into the wall.
Why it works
- Takes your UK plugs: the universal socket on the front accepts UK 3-pin plugs.
- Choose the plug for your destination: EU Plug for European sockets, US Plug for United States sockets, AU Plug for Australian sockets. Check the socket type where you are going before you order.
- Compact: 55.5 mm wide, so it fits in a bag with your chargers.
- Rated 100-250V, 10A: up to 2500W in total, so check the power of what you plug in.
Layover changes the shape of the plug only. It is a plug adapter, not a voltage converter, so check that your device accepts the mains voltage at your destination. It is made for use abroad and does not fit UK wall sockets.

Delivery
Free delivery on every UK order. There’s no minimum spend.
Most of our products arrive in an estimated 6 to 9 working days from the day you order. A few take longer, up to an estimated 19 working days. They’re estimates, not fixed dates: busy periods, bank holidays and customs checks can add a few days.
Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners’ warehouses, outside the UK. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Returns
You can change your mind within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we put it right at our cost.
Before you order, please note: change-of-mind returns go to our fulfilment partner’s warehouse, which is outside the UK, and you pay the return postage. The cost depends on the item’s size and weight, and international postage can cost more than a low-priced item. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are on us.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery to the UK is free. Most of our products arrive in an estimated 6 to 9 working days. A few take longer, up to an estimated 19 working days.
Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
Not on orders up to £135: the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. On orders over £135, import VAT, and for some goods customs duty, may be charged when the parcel arrives in the UK.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Change-of-mind returns go to our fulfilment partner’s warehouse outside the UK, and you pay the return postage. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are on us.
Product box damaged, product okay. good quality, however is too wide so cannot fit in standard socket, have to have space adjacent to use.

As described. Attention for EU sockets: since it is a female socket only, the ground is not connected.
Ordered the uk plug, fits well and quality is pretty good.
I needed it for a Schuko extension cord that I bought. It works perfectly for the 10A male plug in Chile, so I'm happy with the purchase. It arrived in 8 days.
When plugged into the outlet, it feels firm and secure without being loose, and has a nice, solid grip.

It's well-fixed and good, but it's so wide that if you plug one in, you can't plug another one next to it.
