Our Story
Tophik is an independent online shop for people who work from small spaces: a corner of the living room, a desk by the bedroom window, a shared table on a hybrid week.
What we do
We don’t design or make the products we sell. We choose them, put them together into desk setups that work, and describe them plainly.
The idea is simple. Most desks are small, and most desk accessories are either expensive or look like generic marketplace stock. We look for the middle: stands, mats and small fixes in good materials, at fair prices, that give a small desk more room and fewer cables.
Who runs Tophik
Tophik is run by Henrique, from Brazil, for desks in the UK. It’s a one-person shop, so when you email us, you’re writing to the person who chose the products and who will sort out your order.
How we choose
- Fit for a small desk. Each product should free up space or tidy something away, not add clutter.
- Calm materials. Often aluminium, walnut and wool felt. See Materials.
- Things that work together. Colours and finishes that sit well side by side, so a desk looks put together rather than collected.
- Facts, not fluff. Every specification on our product pages comes from the manufacturer’s information. If we don’t know something, we leave it out rather than guess.
- Honest photos. Our pictures are styled, and some scenes are created digitally, but the product in them is shown as it is: the same shape and finish as what arrives at your door.
Where your order comes from
Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners’ warehouses, outside the UK, with free delivery to your door. Each product page shows its delivery estimate, and our Delivery page explains the rest.
What we won’t do
No fake discounts, no countdown timers, no "only 2 left" unless it’s true, and no made-up reviews. When we have real customer reviews, we’ll show them.
