Free delivery on every UK order. There’s no minimum spend.
Most of our products arrive in an estimated 6 to 9 working days from the day you order. A few take longer, up to an estimated 19 working days. They’re estimates, not fixed dates: busy periods, bank holidays and customs checks can add a few days.
Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners’ warehouses, outside the UK. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Returns
You can change your mind within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we put it right at our cost.
Before you order, please note: change-of-mind returns go to our fulfilment partner’s warehouse, which is outside the UK, and you pay the return postage. The cost depends on the item’s size and weight, and international postage can cost more than a low-priced item. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are on us.

Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
Not on orders up to £135: the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. On orders over £135, import VAT, and for some goods customs duty, may be charged when the parcel arrives in the UK.

Good charger. i bought this to replace the charger in my cla250. it charges fast and does not get hot. at first it takes a while before it starts, probably because it tries to figur out what voltage to use

Work fine, magnet really strong. moving the phone with wireless charger attached causes small breaks to charging, but nothing major.

It's fine on the iPhone 16 Pro. The first charging test performed well. I don't know if this is a specific issue or not, but for a while it started slowly. Then it apparently switches to the operating range and charges faster.
On the one hand, it's lightweight, but it would be better if it were a bit heavier for stability when simply placed on a table.
Arrived ahead of schedule, which was very pleasing; everything is intact, works well, and the packaging is undamaged. I recommend this product, buy with confidence.
Quality product, activated fast wireless charging on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, but only 25W on the S26 series and later. The cable is nylon-reinforced, which gives the charger more durability as well.

I liked it. Great quality. It reached 15W on the iPhone 15 Pro (without a case). After testing some cases, the best one reached 10W. None of the cases were official Apple products.
In my opinion, it's a very high-quality device. The cable is braided, and the body is made of aluminum.
