Delivery
Free delivery on every UK order. There’s no minimum spend.
Most of our products arrive in an estimated 6 to 9 working days from the day you order. A few take longer, up to an estimated 19 working days. They’re estimates, not fixed dates: busy periods, bank holidays and customs checks can add a few days.
Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment partners’ warehouses, outside the UK. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Returns
You can change your mind within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we put it right at our cost.
Before you order, please note: change-of-mind returns go to our fulfilment partner’s warehouse, which is outside the UK, and you pay the return postage. The cost depends on the item’s size and weight, and international postage can cost more than a low-priced item. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are on us.

Will I pay anything extra on delivery?
Not on orders up to £135: the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. On orders over £135, import VAT, and for some goods customs duty, may be charged when the parcel arrives in the UK.

Exactly as advertised, good quality.
Very good! It's lightweight, so it stays firmly on the table even with the weight of the headphone.
It's an okay headphone stand but note that only the post is metal. the top and base pieces are plastic.
Overall a decent product. too bad the lightweight plastic base feels a bit unstable once you take the headphones off. tends to fall over
